Approx 1kg chicken pieces of choice. Or 3 chicken breasts on the bone
1 chicken stock cube
2 bay leaves
1 quartered onion
2 star anise
4 cloves
Teaspoon black peppercorns

For the rice:

250g beef or lamb mince
2 cups Lal Qilla Basmati @nimcofoods

1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt
Strained chicken stock
