Ingredients 
1 Grated Beetroot 
1 Boiled Sweet Potato 
100 gm Cottage Cheese
A handful of Chopped Coriander Leaves 
1 Finely Choose Green Chilli
1 Inch Grated Ginger
2 tbsp (approximately)of ghee to fry the kebabs.
Mix all these ingredients well, shape them into patties or kebabs, and cook them in ghee on low flame.
