My tinfoil curls results. It turned out great and didn't take long at all (about 30 minutes for my very thick hair) and my hair usually never curls with irons but this worked great and lasted all night (with light hairspray). My only tip: don't twist the strand when you wrap it around your fingers, it gets tangled and the curls get less manageable. Link takes you to the tutorial I used
