We had over 20 hair color specialists in which ONLY one used foils. My how times have changed! This is still my favorite technique to do, but it’s not for everyone. I used to trip out when people started calling what I call teasy lights, foilayage, slices, and even air touch balayage 😂, but then I realized something.
