Parthenocissus quinquefolia - Virginia Creeper

The raven feather is for Ronan, the Virginia creeper vine is for Adam (hint: scene in book 4 ft. saving vines), the beech tree branch is for Blue, and the crown is for Gansey. Note how Ronan, Adam, and Blue are all touching but Gansey isn't touching anything else-- the empty space between them is Noah, who connects Gansey to the other three.
