On Captain America, you can't use him for modern America, either. Multiple times he's fought government tyranny, or outright gave UP the shield. John Walker was a Captain America in the comics because Rogers would not let himself be the pawn of the United States government. CIVIL WAR WAS ABOUT THIS FOR FUCK'S SAKE! Cap is NOT a MAGA puppet. He would kick the shit out of our current President for what he is doing!

People have been becoming fascists since 2016’s presidential campaign. Big Don’s campaigning introduced an “Us VS Them” mentality, plus his demonizing of Hispanic immigrants, resulting in the Conservative beliefs becoming less “don’t change the system” and more “gas the Mexicans because they are below us”. Fascism was not a political party until Trump made it so. I do believe his façade of being at least semi-competent did fall away in 2020, however. You can see him becoming more of a fearmonger, using the people for his means. “The polls are rigged, I won the election! Congress is corrupt! Storm the Capital in my name!” I would actually not be surprised if the two assassination attempts were both staged to give him more of a “God wills it” position.

Loki and Dottore HATE each other but they're both actually pretty similar (they hate themselves too it's okay)
They'll spend a good while brawling but when they realise there isn't many other options to socialize with they will talk to each other because they both depend heavily on social interactions to block out The Voices™ (aka their own thoughts they can't stand it) and they both crave physical affection so at some point they will end up reluctantly getting along but probably refuse to admit it as getting along because they're stubborn like that
Though eventually Loki is like "Oh fuck no" because he's gotten desperate enough to cuddle with even Dottore and he'll probably try to find his way out. He's dragging Dottore with him because like i said earlier, he cannot stand to be alone with his own thoughts.

They're both high ranking members of the Fatui who were granted Harbinger status (essentially the highest status other than The Tsaritsa) and have kept it for 500 years surely they can find their way through a Labyrinth, right? Who knows! (They're both smart and Loki's shapeshifting makes him strong. Plus he can't die even in the real world so he's probably just like... walked off fatal injuries before. The issue is they likely won't stop fighting)

The shapeshifting becomes a mere gimmick. Increase stats in X, decrease in all others. Only, like, five or six forms.

3. Damage Form
4. Range Form
5. Shot speed Form
6. Luck Form
Honestly if Loki can still shapeshift, that's all it takes for him to still have some hope. I don't think he'd understand the statistics much which is part of the reason he wouldn't try to escape until realising that oh shit he's cozing up to Dottore
Really Loki has very few ethics, same at Dot. The issue is he has a very strict line of not hurting kids (his own traumatic past comes intk that) and since Dottore passed it, Loki refuses to forgive him or get along with him.
Neither of them know their stats anyways.
