Thank you to my friend @halixius for the 6 month Fic-a-versary gif!
I missed International Transgender Day of Visibility, but I still wanted to write something for my trans friends to show my support. So, I am happy (but a little nervous) to post my first fic featuring trans (ftm) Sebastian as a bonus fic-a-versary fic. (Two fics in one day - in this economy?? Yes, absolutely). And a special thank you to some friends who beta-read this for me. You know who you are and I love each one of you.
I started writing fanfic because a friend of mine and I were joking around on Discord about how Sebastian and Penny might end up together. That was all the spark I needed to unleash creativity I had pushed away since high school.
Six months later I have amassed 61 fics, 337,037 posted words (some in collaboration, and not including any WIPs), 39,555 hits, 2,566 kudos and 46 user subscriptions. This is honestly completely mind-blowing!
Whether you’ve just found my fics, have followed along since day 1, or somewhere in between, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and kindness.

“Hey, Robin.” The creak of the door was a familiar greeting. Nico spent more time coming in and out of the carpenter’s home than just about any other building in town these days, more so for play than for work. “What are you working your magic on today?”
“Afternoon, Nico!” A cloud of sawdust shimmered around Robin when she puffed a strand of copper hair out of her face. It seemed to settle both on the outside and the inside of her once-clear safety glasses. Robin pulled the glasses off and blew in vain, most of the dust curving right back like microscopic boomerangs.

Sebastian sighed in content as their lips met, hearing the quiet noise echoed back at him by Sam. He snuck a hand under the back of Sam’s shirt, suddenly eager to feel his skin under his fingers. He slowly rubbed his thumb up and down along Sam’s spine, pulling him closer as their kiss deepened, tongues exploring each others’ mouths as if for the first time, even though, after three years together, they surely knew every nook and cranny. Sebastian was almost positive he knew his lover’s body better than his own, but he was suddenly overcome with a need to explore it further, just so he could be certain.
