| Copyright | i. Artwork(s) commissioned are copyrighted by me. ii. I have the right to use them for porfolio showcases, unless agreed otherwise. |
| Permission | As the client, you accept the artwork(s) will be uniquely my art style and no alterations or changes will be made to the artwork(s), even after the completion of the commission. |
| Usage | i. You are NOT allowed to redistribute the artwork(s) in any shape or form for commercial uses. ii. You agree that the artwork(s) created will remail as your exclusive property, however uses will only include but not limited to posting to a non-monetized social media, usage as icons and/or banner for social medias, and other personal uses. iii. All form of reposts online must be credited with the inclusion of link and/or mentionto my social media. iv. You may repost only the do-not-repost version of the artwork(s). |
| Conditions | Requests will be strictly declined if the following are requested: - Other's artstyle - Finishing/altering your or someone else's work. - Overly muscular characters. - Obese characters. - Visually old characters. - Nude, NSFW, R18. - Anthropomorphics. - Text description of character's design. |

Pricing and Payment
| Price and Rates | i. Rates listed are tax included. ii. Rates may increase depending on the complexity of the character. iii. Rates only include one character, and a second character is an additional base price of that certain commission type. iv. Default currency is in United State Dollar (USD), and other currencies are converted based on the conversion rates at the time. |
| Payment | i. Method of payment includes; PayPal or bank transfer. ii. Payment must be made within ten (10) days after invoice is sent. Otherwise, the commission request is considered cancelled. iii. Commissions will only proceed once full payment is made. iv. Commissions are strictly non-refundable. |

Provisions
| Revisions | i. Revisions during the drafting process is limited to only two (2) times. ii. Changes on more than 50% of the draft will be declined. This includes but not limited to the entire pose, the camera angle, the character itself and etc. iii. After a written instruction to proceed with the commission, any requested revisions after that will no longer be granted. iv. If mistakes are present in the finished artwork that could not be detected during the revision process, such as color errors, corrections will be made free of charge. |
| Confidentiality | i. In regards to a confidentiality accord, I will not publish the artwork(s) to the public, social media, or third parties and the commission will be kept strictly private. |
| Termination | i. Terminations and refunds are not available, and the commission will be completed as initially agreed. |
