Science learning is far more complex and not only limited to learning in the classroom. There is one type of learning that can complement formal learning in school that is known as informal science learning. Informal science learning can occur and has been conducted in various ways. This paper discusses a study conducted in Malaysia which utilized Malaysian traditional games to implement kinesthetic intelligence approach in informal science learning environment. The Malaysian traditional games are referred as games that have become a habit of perpetual succession, something that has become synonymous with the practice of a community, as example Wau and Tarik Upih games. Kinesthetic intelligence can be developed and nurtured among students by utilizing both games as students interact with their environment and use all or a part of the body to solve problems or investigating science issue in both games

This descriptive study aims to identify the relationship between the principal leadership and motivation among the national school teachers in the town of Nibong Tebal, Penang, Malaysia. A total of 283 teachers via random sampling method were chosen from twenty-one national school in the district of Seberang Perai Selatan, Penang. The questionnaires constructed by Leithwood and Jantzi (1999) and adapted by Anandan (2011) have been used to measure the principal transformational leadership. The questionnaire of Teacher Motivation Questionnaire by Chung (2012) was used to measure work motivation among teachers. The findings presented that the transformational leadership in the teacher's perspective is very high while the work motivational level among the teachers is high as well. The findings show that there are significant differences in both leadership style and teacher motivation towards teachers' gender. Relationship analysis also indicated that there was a significant positive correlation between transformational leadership and teachers' work motivation. Regression analysis also displayed that the best predictor of teachers' motivation is the individual support in transformational leadership. In conclusion, this study recommends that principals should be competent in applying transformational leadership to improve teachers' innovation in accordance with the school suitability and the needs of the situation.

As identity of public libraries depends on quantity and quality aspects, main effort of these libraries should be concentrated on this problem. Using new methods in absorbing users could help to keep their identity. Studying heuristic library methods in providing library services and managing knowledge of customer are aims of this research. Library method and providing services in tele-library of sun-city is considered as case study. Its performance is analyzed as a successful experience in view of author of article to absorb customer. By a study on history of last researches inside and outside of Iran by library studies, a conceptual model was designed by author to increase efficiency to provide library services by using heuristic methods in librarianship. Result: according to this investigation, the method used in library during 2005-2009 that 8700 people in age range of 8-18 years became membership in region 15, and 36000 books have been loaned. In order to promote the culture of reading book, an innovative method has been quite successful.

Entrepreneurship is a way to benefit from opportunities and create new
products and services. Considering the increase in competition in organizations today
and the importance of survival and durability, responding to the users’ needs and their
loyalty are of paramount importance. Providing the suitable business environment and
also distributing services, libraries and information centers keep their customers or
users satisfied and lead to the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities which
consequently leads to the development of various sectors in libraries and provides a way
for a full-fledged economic development. Furthermore, libraries have obtained more
awareness regarding the significance of professional and ongoing training of librarians
in order to improve their academic level, preparedness, and innovation. Thus, due to
their mutual impact on each other, combining the two subjects above seems a
worthwhile subject to investigate.Aiming at searching and finding entrepreneurial
opportunities in libraries and information centers, with a descriptive-practical
approach, the present research introduces these opportunities to entrepreneur librarians
in order to provide new services for their clients, customers, and users. The present
research is a descriptive survey. The research population consists of 6047 librarians
active in 2224 public libraries in the country (institutional, co-operative, and
independent libraries) in the year 1395 (according to the statistics provided by the
Public Library of Iran). In this research, in addition to conducting impromptu interviews
and investigating the characteristics of the society providing services and the users, the
academic structure of the library was also studied and 5 entrepreneurial opportunities
were identified through the Anthony Oliwik model. Afterwards, according to the model
and the two aspects of satisfaction and significance, intended characteristics of the
clients were evaluated and used as a basis for the identification of opportunities
regarding librarianship and information, as well as the final result.

The special libraries of organizations and the staff and experts persons of them, due to their professional career not only, can keep the explicit knowledge of the organization, but also can transfer the tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge. There for, they can play an important role and can help to improve the organization's intellectual capital. So, research about the special libraries of regional electricity company, improve the librarian’s knowledge. The results of this study show that it is possible to upgrade the intellectual capital in the special libraries of this ministry with regard to the implementation of knowledge management. In this research, we analyzed the
dimensions, elements and statements of the conceptual model after verifying them on the basis of a total alpha of 94.83 percent using different statistical methods (descriptive - analytical and survey), and achieved their internal compatibility. The scale of interactions various dimensions and components as well as ranking of their  importance for realization of the feasibility of the implementation of knowledge management in the Special Libraries of the Department of Energy and their direct and
significant relation with it has been proven and a model for it presented.
