Q:
How do you say this in English (UK)? —— Hey guys! what’s the difference between “how long were you together” and “how long did you stay together” can I use these sentences interchangeably? many thanks!
A:
They are interchangeable, usually. But depending on the situation you might want to choose one or the other.
A: Back then I was still married to my wife.
B: How long did you stay together?
A: Until she died!
(So, it can sound insensitive, if B knew A had lost his wife. "How long were you together" is a safer choice.)
Also, you can't really ask a question like, "How long did you stay together before you had children?" (It sounds like there's a direct connection between staying together and making children.) It should be "How long were you together before you had children?" (or "How long had you been together before you had children?").

Q:
How do you say this in English (UK)? — Hey guys! as you can see the underlined sentence, is it incorrect as it should be “of a great use”? they didn’t write the article “a” before use, are they correct? thanks!
A:
(I think you were asking if the underlined part was correct)
The sentence is still correct and would actually make more sense without the "a" before "great use". This is because they are referring to how it will be helpful or could contribute in a positve way. It doesn't have a specific "great use" but says how it will be good in general. Hope I made sense :)

In this conversation, is "He's not out of it" correct English?
F. Yes, He's not out of it, but why?
In this conversation, is "He's not out of it" correct English?
A:
@Cal7 Yes. You got it. It does make sense but it would be better to rephrase it...That is because "out of it" can refer either as a physical state of being ( as you intended the context) or, it can refer to someone's (mental state of being) which was not how you intended it in your context. Just a little nuance to be aware of. I'm not saying you shouldn't say it that was, but it would be clearer to say "He's in it" or "He's attending" "He's sitting in".

A:
× B. Aww, if I’m super bored, will be there.
✓ B. Aww, if I’m super bored, I will be there.
If you’d like, instead of “can you help me with it” you could also say “could you help me with it”. Both are natural. To be honest, as a native English speaker, I don’t even know if there’s a difference :)

Q:
라이터가 없길래 옆에 있던 사람한테 "Hey man, got a light?" 했는데 can it be rude? Does this sound natural?
A:
No , it doesn’t sound rude but this statement is extremely informal (casual) so it doesn’t sound rude if your talking to your friend or someone younger than you.
If your talking to someone who is not your friend you can say.
“Hey , do you have a light?”
Or
“Hey , can i borrow a light?”
