Questions about example sentences with, and the definition and usage of "Bag"

A: "To have something in the bag" is slang for being certain to achieve something. It is so easy that you can consider it already done.

This means somebody took = stole their bag. Past tense

2) Your bag had stolen.
This sentence is probably: 2) Your bag HAS BEEN stolen. Past tense
This means somebody took = stole their bag.

They mean the SAME thing!

A more active way to say this is:

Somebody stole her bag!
Somebody stole her bag last week!
A hoodlum stole her bag yesterday. She ran after the thief but couldn’t catch him.

A: I have a bag gifted by him with me is implying you have the bag right now with you that he gifted for you and I have a bag gifted by him is implying only that you have bag gifted by him but not saying you have it on you right now with you

When saying "lucky for you" you're saying it was your own luck.

They are smart though, because the way they reworded your sentence is correct, except for the position of where they put the word "that" in parentheses.

"Whose pink bag (that) is on the table?" is wrong.
"Whose pink bag is (that) on the table?" is correct.

A: × I am afraid of losing my bag while going to the toilet.
✓ I am afraid of losing my bag while going to the bathroom.

× I am afraid to ask him to protect (keep?)my bag for a second while we go to the rest room.
✓ I am afraid to ask him to watch my bag for a second while we go to the restroom.

× He doesn’t seem to be trusty.
✓ He doesn’t seem to be trustworthy.

Just a few small changes here! “Toilet” isn’t wrong but isn’t as common in US English as “bathroom” or “restroom”
When asking people to guard/protect items, you’d use “watch” as the verb (“Can you watch my bag while I run to the bathroom?”) Using “protect” or “guard” isn’t exactly wrong, but it isn’t what most native speakers would say.
And trustworthy is the adjective for someone you can trust!

A: Same meaning but bird feed sounds unnatural although it's correct. But most people would say "I bought a bag of bird food"

A: To me they sort of mean the same thing the only difference is that to me ‘have’ is present tense and ‘did’ is past tense but yes in my eyes they pretty mean the same thing
