The speaker is asking rhetorically what he/she did to make them stop talking to him/her.

This is very casually written, like spoken English.

A: "hate" is a harsher word, meaning that you strongly dislike something.
"dislike" is less strong.

for instance, if you don't like potatoes but you can still eat them if you have to, you can say
"I dislike potatoes" or "I don't really like potatoes".
If you really dislike potatoes, and you would never eat them, you would say
"i hate potatoes"

A: The person doesn’t like it when other people misunderstand them - they may think that the speaker is not talking (to them) because they feel they are better than others around them or feel superior to them but in reality, they are not speaking because they are shy /have difficulty conversing with others because of their personality type (people with social anxiety can often feel uncomfortable around others)
