I made this for a snack before bed last night and it’s SO delicious and easy to make 🙌  Ingredients:  - 1 cup blueberries (I used frozen) - 1/2 tsp cornstarch - 1/2 tsp lemon juice - 1/3 cup oats  - 1 serving @casadesante vanilla whey protein powder  - 1/2 tsp cinnamon  - 1/2 tbsp maple syrup for maple syrup - pinch of salt  - 1-2 tbsp water   How to:  - Add the blueberries, cornstarch and lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl and stir together  - Microwave for 1 minute - In a second bowl combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, honey and salt. Add a splash of water at a time until you have a crumble texture.  - Add on top of the blueberries then microwave for 1 more minute. Wow I was not expecting this to be THIS good, but if you love dessert this is such a good alternative for a sweet craving!

Recipe:
1/3 cup oats
1 scoop protein powder (I used @bioxperformancenutrition vanilla)
1 tbsp honey 
1 tbsp cashew milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup frozen blueberries 
1 tsp lemon juice 
1 tsp cornstarch (or you can use 1 tsp rice flour)
Salt 
Greek yogurt
