Here’s a little standing sequence that uses balancing poses and twists to get your 🔥 going.

Tip: Do it extra slowly and mindfully for more muscle activation (the vid is sped up x2)

It’s part of the mandala flow I prepared for this week’s Weekend Flow & Stretch Class on the for element - part of our “Flow through the Elements” month 🔥

You can sign up until 10am on Saturday then you’ll get your class to practice whenever you like until a Monday at midnight ☺️
