I used to swim 3 times per week and I would shampoo my locs after every swim. There is a huge misconception about shampooing locs. Most of the people perpetuating these lies don't have locs themselves. Breaking off traditions is not easy. I have been a forerunner in the loc industry when it comes to Breaking traditions.
