💪🏼 They have been my go to for years. I always choose weights over cardio if I’m short on time, and these types of workouts hit all the spots! 

🏋🏼‍♀️ I still need and want to lift heavier with barbells and machines, but a big portion of my workouts are just dumbbells. 

🙌🏼 The reason for this is because they don’t take up much space, I can work all body parts and they’re extremely effective! 

🤩 You don’t have to spends hours in the gym. In fact you don’t need a gym at all. I spent almost an entire year working out at home with primarily dumbbells and was in the best shape of my life.
