I switched the vermouth for Lillet Rouge and we made a strawberry Campari (recipe is on my site), I mean really… what could go wrong… NOTHING Here’s how to make it at home: In a mixing glass add 1 oz lillet rouge 1 oz strawberry infused Campari 1 oz gin, I used the Hendricks flora adora to make this more floral forward but use what you like! Add ice and mix together. Strain over a large cube and garnish with fresh grapefruit!
