Since I didn’t really research this build beforehand, it could have gone either way 😂 If you missed it — I built these bifold doors last week (check out my last reel & pantry door highlight to catch up). Today was all about the install! I ordered “sliding bifold barn door hardware” from Amazon and found sleeker “bifold door hinges” to replace the ones that came with the kit. I used 6 hinges per door. I installed the track according to the instructions — level and into a stud. Then I added floor guides to the bottom of the door for stability — a must! I added the pulleys to the track and the attachment piece to the doors, installed them, and secured the outside pulleys into place! Then I added our dummy knobs and TADA!!!
