I turn 30 at the end of the year, so technically I'm in my 30th year already. BUT, I thought I'd write down a collection of things I've learnt in those 29 years (and Sade's post inspired me to actually publish it!). And whilst it might not be to everyone's taste, and that's totally cool, I wrote

Yesterday was day 001 of the final year of my 20s. While that can be scary, it’s not. Comparison is a tricky thing to avoid so it could be easy for me to wonder the what ifs or question if I should have turned left when I felt that going right was the way for me. But if I actually look at the last several years- I’m pretty proud of myself. A lot of my accomplishments were more internal so there wasn’t a big “I did it!!” moment. Finding myself when I didn’t realize I had lost myself…
