Leah Chase talks of seven decades at Dooky Chase’s Restaurant in New Orleans.

On Saturday, January 13, the Grammy-nominated Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra will honor the Chase family’s legacy with a concert coinciding with the 75th anniversary of the Dooky Chase Orchestra’s final performance.
