It’s a little sweet, perfectly peachy and slightly nutty, which adds so much depth of flavor to any summer cocktail.

🍹We added ours to iced tea with some homemade peach syrup and it was perfection! It’s also incredible in a peach bourbon smash, or even just for sipping on its own.

Infusing is such a great way to capture the flavor of your favorite produce at its peak, and it’s SO easy to do.

✍️Here’s what you need to make this infused bourbon:

1/2 cup unsalted, toasted pecans  1 1/2 large (or 2 small) peaches, sliced
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
2-2 1/2 cups bourbon or whiskey
