As requested, my top tips for getting started with growing lots of blueberries below 👇🏼 🫐 It all starts with growing them in pots! Blueberries require an acidic soil pH to grow well so the easiest way to control this is by growing them in pots. I go from baby plant straight to a 40-50cm diameter pot. Don’t tease the roots when doing so, as they are sensitive 🫐 Use an acidic potting mix! In Australia, you can get @lovethegarden_au rose, gardenia and azalea potting mix (the maroon coloured bag) that is acidic. It’s what I use and it works really well 🫐 Give it morning sun or part shade I find the plants quite sensitive to sunburn, so keep out of the hot afternoon sun 🫐 Give it lots of water.
