Week 1 of my 75 day challenge down 1. The progress in strength and muscle gain has already been immaculate! I do have to get more consistent with doing core workouts tho 2. I’ve been experiencing MAD water retention from drinking lots of water consistently, so the bloat has honestly made me super self-conscious 3. I’ve officially learned my lesson of ignoring the scale and just watching my measurements.
