I paint on to green ware and apply layers of vitreous slips using different techniques. Although the colours are carefully considered before applied as each one has to be mixed up to the right consistency first- the design and application is spontaneous. After the layers of slip are dryer I may add more layers, scratch, sponge, scr#marinarandallceramics affito some areas before the bisque firing . After that I may apply underglazes, resists and glazes. Watch this space for final firing 😊🌻 #contemporaryart #ceramicart #studioceramics #thrownanda Clay Painting Techniques, Decorating With Slip Pottery, Painting Pottery Techniques, How To Use Underglaze, Slip Decorated Pottery, Slip Ceramics, Slip Design Ceramics, Slip Painting Ceramics, Ceramic Painting Techniques
