It wasn't until intermission, when I walked down the Fulton stairs and looked up at the life-size statue of Robert Fulton, that it struck me how 'The Sound of Music' and Christmas go together. The head of the statue had been decked out with a Santa beard and hat. Its hand held a white flower labeled 'Edelweiss.'
