Beautiful and festive roasted sweet potato spinach salad with juicy pear & pomegranate, creamy goat cheese, toasted pecans, and a tangy balsamic dressing. This easy sweet potato spinach salad is bursting with flavor and makes the perfect holiday side dish or fall lunch!

CHICKEN CAPRESE PASTA SALAD😍 For the next 8 weeks I’ll be sharing a new healthy, delicious, and easy meal prep every Monday! Full list of ingredients are below and follow for more♥️ • • • Ingredients for the whole meal prep; 1 lb of chicken breast; I seasoned it with salt/pepper/garlic powder & drizzle with olive oil. Once cooked divide evenly into each container 4 servings of pasta, I used a protein pasta 6 cups veggies of choice; I did spinach & broccoli. 1 1/2 cups per container 4-8oz of mozzarella pearls.
