1930’s Triple Irish Chain Postage Stamp Quilt

I have found myself collecting vintage quilt tops with the intention of quilting them. I must have about eight quilt tops and to date had only quilted one of them. As a result, I decided that I really needed to get one quilted to justify adding further quilt tops to my collection. An antique treasure ready for you. Here’s the story. I purchased the quilt top many years ago with the plan to hand quilt it. Well, it’s been quite a few years but I managed to complete the quilt. It is made with 1930’s Feed Sacks fabrics. I used Hobbs 80/20 batting between the fabrics and muslin for the back. Very good condition for its age.
