British designer Gareth Pugh opening outfit paid homage to Elizabethan dress featuring a latex ruff collar atop a dress with latex ruffled underskirts – it was clear that Pugh was staying true to form. Diaphanous ruffled organza skirts, chiffon shirts with leather pleated, bib fronts and chic patent leather trench coats.

Would be easy to do as a restyle..use a shirt cuff for the side and then add old laces for the lower ruffle and an old coaster size doily for the center decoration
