When someone tries to bring you down

My opinion on this quote, I think we live in a era that expressing yourself is considered “not normal” and the contrary is seemed normal. I also think if someone takes time to pick on you, their already bellow and want to have company with them so they try to bring you down with them. Be thankful that they take more effort&time to judge you than to work on their self-esteem
