ABC Party Need: 1 large gift bag A spool of ribbon A hole punch Tissue Paper 1 Large Gift Bow Open the bottom of the bag and measure from the top to your natural waist. Cut the bag in half at the natural waist. Cut the bag up the back so that you can wrap it around you to measure the top half and the bottom half according to your body size. Hole punch several holes in both pieces and lace together with ribbon along the waist and up the back. Add tissue paper and a bow.
