There are so many good human!Perry fics out there. So freaking many. But if I had to pick a few of my favorites…
This is by no means an exhaustive list. If I tried to list every single one of the human!Perry fics I recommend, I’d be here all night. (this isn’t in order either- I love all of these!)

Perry the Evil-Adjacent Boyfriend: Imagine Perry is Heinz’s assistant. Now imagine they’re dating as well. And they do evil science. And the boys, Candace, and Vanessa are there too. Is it chaos? Yes. Is it amazing? Yes! Series (15 works), G-T [AO3]
Brilliance: Heinz Doofenshmirtz, the inventor for a mega-corp. Perry Fletcher, the OWCA agent who gets assigned as his assistant. Incomplete, but still a good read, and lots of cute Vanessa moments. Single work, T [AO3]
The Investigative Agency Without A Cool Acronym: A classic detective novel- with Perry as the narrator. An amazing style and story. Can’t recommend it enough. Series (2 works), G [AO3/Tumblr]
If They Ever: One of those epics that you find at 2 AM and read the entirety of, completely sacrificing your sleep schedule for the sake of Good Fic. Including plenty of that double-life drama we all crave. Single work, T [AO3] Edit: As of 05/22/2020, If They Ever is not on AO3 anymore.
Agent O: Role-reversal! Heinz is an ocelot agent at OWCA, and Perry is a human evil scientist. Told mostly by Heinz- but quite the read. And humorous too! Series (18 works), G-T [AO3]
Proselytization: They’ve got their normal show roles-and then everything is turned on its head when a new villain arrives on the scene. Now complete with a whole lot of incredible supporting works that make this into an incredible universe. Single work, M [AO3/Tumblr]
The World Does (not) Revolve Around Perrin Fletcher: A six-story series with incredible storytelling and backstory. Includes a well-written smut fic, a story about Heinz, and a second dimension fic. Just Another Dull and Boring Day: An absolute CLASSIC. It’s got everything you could want in a fic. Perry going rogue? Yep. The kids being the kids? Yep. Perry and Heinz being very awkward (and then very adorable) together? Yep. Hilarious interactions with OWCA? Yep! Single work, T [AO3]
The Doofenshmirtz Heirloom Theft: Perry pretends to be a detective/butler in order to clear Heinz’s name when a Doofenshmirtz family heirloom goes…missing. Single work, T [AO3/Tumblr]
