Timeline is rough re filming schedule and is based on what has been written. It may not be 100% accurate if the information I read was written incorrectly or changed.
It all happened so fast. Your information is accurate @diggsydogsquee and it’s the same as I have…Although there are some that don’t like it being mentioned that Sam also had a past before Cait and even get angry about it. Anyway we know that since SC met in the audition prior to the chemistry test something strong began between these two ❤️

So let me get this straight, Tony was in London for the avant-première, but just couldn’t make it to the actual premiere the next day? You know, the public one, with cameras and press and Caitríona walking the carpet alone with her sister and brother-in-law as her guests?
The pictures from that early screening were everywhere and surprise! No husband in sight. Not beside her, not in the background, not even doing his signature “hover three feet away while looking slightly miserable.” Secret agent Tony McGill strikes again. The man’s allergic to lenses, apparently.
And sure, she has mentioned him before, what, maybe four times in six years? We could count them on one hand and still have fingers left. But suddenly, post-Outlander, mid-divorce speculation, and just as she’s trying to launch a film career? Boom - husband in every interview. It’s giving… strategic revival.
Also, what does “he discovered the film at the early screening” even mean? Did they not speak while she was off filming for weeks in Turkey and Morocco? Did she just casually not mention the complex, female-led role she was so proud of to her dear husband? Or was he just that uninvolved?
But hey, at least he didn’t recognize her in the first scene. True love.
