82K views · 24K reactions | Sesame Paste Wide Noodles 🇩🇪 in den Kommentaren Today we would like to share a sesame paste noodle recipe, these wide noodles are made with potato starch and they are normally cooked in hot pot, here we cooked them very quickly and mix with a sesame paste sauce, it’s super quick and yummy 😋 🌈INGREDIENTS(2 portions) Potato Wide Noodles 400g Garlic🧄 2 Cloves Sesame Paste 4 tbsp Chili Flakes 1 tbsp Bird’s Eye Chili🌶️ 2 5 Spices 1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame 1 tbsp Oil 30ml Soy sauce 2 Tbsp Dark Chinese Vinegar 2 tbsp Chili Oil 1 tbsp Vegan Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp Scallion 1 Stalk Coriander 1 Stalk 🌈RECIPE 1. Chop the garlic very finely. Cut the bird’s eye chili, scallion and coriander into pieces. 2.Take a bowl, add garlic, chili flakes, sesame, cook the oil until it’s very hot, pour it in the bowl. 3.Add soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, vegan oyster sauce, sesame paste(if the sesame paste you have is very thick and dense, add 1-2 tbsp sesame oil and keep mixing it with a spoon until it’s turned into a smooth and liquid sesame sauce), scallion and coriander. 4. They really live up to their true name, though I'm not sure if I can put it in the description here. Basically, Mayak Eggs are super addictive but that is no surprise. If you want to make these but don't have Kombu or Shiitake, you can just use water. I included them because I wanted to boost the umami flavours in my little jammy eggs! Serve with rice, or just on a cracker. Because trust me, these Mayak Eggs don't really need any dressing up to enjoy!
