High Protein Blueberry Crumble 🫐🥧

Perfect for breakfast or a snack when you want something sweet! It’s sooo delicious and easy to make 🙌

Ingredients: 
- 1 cup blueberries (I used frozen)
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup oats 
- 1 serving @promix vanilla whey protein powder 
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
- 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 
- pinch of salt 
- 1-2 tbsp water 

How to: 
- Add the blueberries, cornstarch and lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl and stir together 
- Microwave for 1 minute
- In a second bowl combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, honey and salt. Add a splash of water at a time until you have a crumble texture. 
- Add on top o Protein Blueberry, 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies, Oats Protein, Snack To Make, 30g Protein, Quick Protein, Splash Of Water, Cinnamon Honey, Blueberry Crumble
