Underfall Yard, Spike Island, Bristol Harbour, Bristol, UK, is a historic boatyard completed in 1809 and substantially improved by Isambard Kingdom Brunel in the 1830s. Most of the buildings and engineering installations at the yard were constructed between 1880 and 1890 and restored in the 1990s, Underfall Yard has been designated as a Scheduled Monument and many of the buildings have been given Grade II Listed Building status.

The SS Great Britain has been called "The World's First Great Ocean Liner". It was conceived by the great Victorian engineer, Isambard Kingdom Brunel.
