And yes it’s similar to picadillo yet very different ❤️

Tip: remove the grease from meat if it let any!

Ingredients
1 small diced onions
3 Anaheim green peppers or 2 bell peppers
1 jalapeño
3 small diced Roma tomatoes
3 minced garlic cloves
2 lbs lean ground beef or 85/15
4 tsp New Mexico chili powder or paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground chile ancho
Salt to taste I used 2 tsp
4 medium diced potatoes
2 cups water or beef broth **if using broth don’t add the bouillon
2 tbsp APF
4 tsp beef bouillon
