DATE NUT ROLL: Cut 1 lb dates, 1 lb pecans & 1 lb marshmallows into fine pieces. Mix w 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk & about 3/4 lb graham cracker crumbs. Mix thoroughly. Separate into 2 or more parts & form into rolls. Roll loaves in 1/4 lb graham cracker crumbs til covered. Wrap in foil & keep refrigerated. Slice to serve. gm
