All you need are egg trays, PVA glue and starch (so far I’ve only made papier mache using potato starch, but I think corn starch will work too).
Recipe for papier-mâché mass on starch:
Ingredients:
 ⁃ Trays for eggs (2/4)
 ⁃ PVA glue (1/4)
 ⁃ Starch (1/4) (potato or corn does not matter)
Tear the egg trays into pieces, fill them with boiling water, and let them soak. When the water has cooled, tear the trays into smaller pieces, then grind the mass with a blender.
We squeeze the cardboard with our hands, there should be a minimum of water!
Transfer the cardboard to a bowl and add glue and starch. Knead the mass of paper-mâché to a homogeneous state.
