You can use this activity in so many ways, even for “Back to school” for my US friends (have them brainstorm ice cream flavours or types of sport). If you can’t tell by now I love a good classroom game and I’m comin’ atcha with a fun one that focuses on collaboration & communication — great for anytime but will be a fun one as we wrap the year up as it can be on the more competitive side🌞

The rules are simple:
1. Choose someone to draw a random design on a whiteboard using shapes, numbers and letters (model an example) and hide the design behind something 
2. Have students in groups of 3-5 assign a relay order with their team whiteboard and marker ready 
3. Send the first person up to peek at the design for a few seconds (2-5) and have them head back to their team to begin sharing and drawing while the next person heads up

I also added in mystery bonus slides for questions that were extra tricky, just to keep the kids on their toes and reward their incredible reading skills!
