🍀 In 1 tbsp oil, add garlic, ginger, green chillies, 
🍀Add 1/2 cup each carrots, beans, capsicum.
🍀Add spices like: Salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, pav bhaji masala, amchur powder, ajwain, kashmiri red chilli powder.
🍀 Add in handful of coriander leaves, 1/2 cup ground roasted makhanas, 3/4 cup crumbled paneer. 
🍀 Mix it well.
🍀Grease some oil on your hands and give the mixture a good shape.

It makes the perfect breakfast/evening snack or lunchbox recipe!   All you need is :   For the balls :  - 2 tsp oil.  - 1 tsp rai.  - 1 tsp hing.  - 1 tsp jeera.  - 2 tsp urad dal.  - 4-5 curry leaves.  - 1 green chilli and 1/2 inch ginger (finely chopped).  - 1 onion (finely chopped).  - Salt to taste.  - 1 tsp turmeric powder.  - 3-4 potatoes (boiled and grated or mashed).  - Lime juice to taste.  - Fresh coriander leaves.
