Here are 4 things that you can do that can help! 1. Bicycle legs- move legs in bicycle motion 2. Knee to chest- bring knees to chest repetitively 3. Belly massage - massage baby’s belly in an upside U fashion. 4. Prune juice - as a last resort, we may recommend giving a few ounces of prune juice (make sure to always do this under care of a peds provider to know how much and how often)- yes this is even for babies under 12 months!
