Ingredients:
* 1 low carb wrap
* 3 eggs
* 1/2 cup cottage cheese
* Salt and pepper
* Seasoning of choice 
* 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
* Handful of baby spinach, cut
* 1/8 red onion, diced
* Chives, chopped 
* Seasoning of choice (I used TikTok seasoning by @pepperandme )
* Handful of mozzarella cheese, grated
* Chives & half and avocado to garnish 
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Place the wrap in a round baking dish.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper with a fork.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the wrap in the baking dish.
5. Add the cherry tomatoes, spinach, diced red onion & chives. 
6. Top with grated mozzarella cheese & seasoning.
