Measure and cut holes on both sides of your cooler. (2 to 3 inches off the bottom) I just traced the pipe with a marker 2. We used two 2x4's in the base of the cooler and put wire mesh on top of them to hold ice and cover holes. 3. Next insert your aluminum flex ductwork and fill with ice. 4.
