How to trust myself

You might be wondering, how is this different from self-esteem or self-confidence. Well, self-confidence in situational trust in your abilities. Whereas self-esteem is your overall opinion of yourself and being able to trust your inherent worth or value. Self-trust is your willingness to take risks because you know you can rely on your judgments, and make decisions with your best interests in mind. onfidence will come with time. You're not going to walk in on your first day of a new job and know everything. However, as you begin to pick things up, you will build the confidence that you know exactly what you're doing. I think you'll be surprised at how much you actually know, even when it's easy to question ourselves sometimes. To this day, I still challenge myself all the time, but I am learning to trust myself and be confident in my knowledge and skills.
