I originally set this up with six tubes and a rectangular block. Otis made it clear that he would rather sit and only used the bottom tube. Because I was with him, working in the kitchen, I gave him some small pom poms. He also used matchsticks and paddle pop sticks. You can tell when the child is engaged. Repetition. Over and over again. After re-arranging and using only two tubes, Otis thought this was ok too. This could be the easiest and cheapest activity I've posted yet!

All year we’ve been having fun with colors, but these past few weeks we had a fun pom pom center! This included a pompom drop and a place to sort the pompoms by color. Poms are definitely one of our favorite DIY activity items, I just pulled out the mini Poms and Seb had a blast playing with them in so many different ways.

Posting:
This can be accomplished in so many different ways, all you need is a container with a small opening at the top. You can cut an exit spot at the bottom of the container you use, or just tip it over and dump then back out!

Dropping:
All you need is a tube and some tape! Cardboard tubes (toilet paper & paper towel work great) and masking/painters tape are an easy choice, just tape them onto the wall and you’re ready to go!

Sticking:
