Sudha - Suds cooks on Instagram: "Pesarattu is a protein packed dosa made with whole green moong. Today I added Bajra or Barnyard millet. Plus I have added spinach leaves to sneak in some greens into the dosa plus i love the brilliant color 💚  Adding grated carrots, onions & green chilies like in the video is optional, it tastes great plain too. So today I modified a little, I added black chickpeas into the batter
Black chickpeas are very high in fibre and protein
So this thosai is packed with those
And of course delicious too!

2 cups mung beans
1/2 cup black chickpeas
Wash and soak for 5-6 hours
Add garlic and blend into smooth batter
Add salt and make your thosai
No fermentation needed
