INGREDIENTS:
Sheet of puff pastry thawed, 250g 1 tbsp butter
1/2 yellow onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 pack of button. mushrooms, sliced (white or brown or a mix),
1 pack of baby spinach (125g)
4 eggs
1 cup whipping (heavy) cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (125g) 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
pinch nutmeg

DIRECTIONS
-Preheat the oven to 200c (390F). Roll out the puff pastry into a thin circle, big enough to fit in a 9 inch pie or tart pan.
