Learning letters doesn’t require worksheets, flashcards, and boring methods, it can be fun and hands-on!

To make this bin, I simply added a few drops of food coloring to ABC pasta in a bag and then shook it to cover the pasta. It dries really quickly and doesn’t stain fingers once it’s dry so just mix it up, throw it in a bin with some letters (we used the translucent letters from @edxeducation ) and let them hunt.

In all honesty, I haven’t been making sensory bins as much lately, so my 3 and 5 year olds were all about this and it inspired me to make more fun learning activities for them.

Celena Kinsey on Instagram: "It’s week 14 of our toddler activity bins and if you haven’t noticed, it’s all D themed! Over the next year our family is doing an alphabet adventure challenge where we go on outings and do fun activities every 2 weeks based all around our letter and this week it’s all about the letter D. Here’s ideas you can do with your little ones to make learning letters a fun and interactive experience for them and I’ll make sure to share ideas for each letter (every other week 😅). Also while I make these for my two year old, I know what she can and can’t handle in a bin. please make sure these bins can be handled by your child (and you are constantly supervising) because there are small parts! This week we have: 1. Donut Bin- This is just a fun pretend play donut and co Activity Bins, Donut Games, Alphabet Adventure, Donut And Coffee, Teeth Brushing, Adventure Challenge, Egg Molds, The Letter D, Sensory Boxes
