Here are some great stretches to do periodically (about once every 30-60 minutes) to make sure your back and hips stay happy!   ✅ Standing figure-4 stretch   ✅ Standing hamstrings stretch   ✅ Staggered stance with your foot up (great for your hip flexors!)   ✅ Thoracic extension stretch   For each of these moves, either keep the stretch moving or hold for 3-5 deep breaths.
