I’m using the wall bar as a yoga stick to deepen my twists, and I think it worked really well. Finding balance through twists in yoga—where strength meets release. Each twist helps detoxify the body, improve flexibility, and restore inner harmony. It’s a reminder that balance isn’t just about standing still, but embracing every turn along the way.
